Welcome to eclbet12. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") set out the rules and regulations that apply to the use of the eclbet12 website and all associated services, products, and platforms operated under the domain eclbet12.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

eclbet12 is operated by a duly incorporated entity ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and provides online sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, and related gambling entertainment services to eligible users. • "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.

• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked in valid bets before it may be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is ineligible to use the Platform under the terms of this Agreement, including persons under 21 years of age.
• "Platform Currency" means Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM), the primary transactional currency of the eclbet12 Platform.
• "Fraud" means any deliberate misrepresentation, exploitation of software errors, use of automated betting systems without authorisation, or any other activity intended to deceive the Company or gain unfair advantage.

To register and maintain an Account on eclbet12, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. eclbet12 does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to open an Account, make a deposit, or place a bet.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of eclbet12 is lawful in your country or territory.
• You must not already hold another active Account on the eclbet12 Platform. Multiple accounts person are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or close associate of the Company or any of its affiliated entities, suppliers, or game providers.

Each User is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on the eclbet12 Platform. Registration of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account with any third party. eclbet12 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Prior to processing the first withdrawal from any Account, eclbet12 requires the User to complete a KYC verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian NRIC or valid passport) and, where required, proof of residential address not more than three (3) months old. eclbet12 reserves the right to request further documentation at any stage and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

By using the eclbet12 Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and all associated policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy. The following general conditions apply to all use of the Platform:

• You must use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You must not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or software to access, scrape, or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from eclbet12.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or systems that power the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. eclbet12 does not guarantee winings of any kind.

eclbet12 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment channels, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, BTC, ETH, and LTC). All deposit transactions are processed in real time or within the timeframes published on the Platform for each payment method.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

• All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method. Current limits are published in the Payment Methods section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
• eclbet12 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside eclbet12's control.
• Deposits made using cryptocurrencies are subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of blockchain confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are the User's responsibility.

6.2 Currency

The Platform Currency is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All Account balances, transaction records, and promotional values are denominated in MYR unless explicitly stated otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the point of credit to your Account.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out below. eclbet12 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within 1–3 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.

7.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived funds become withdrawable.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits also apply and are published on the Platform.
• eclbet12 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to any withdrawal request. This may temporarily delay processing but is conducted in the interests of account security.

eclbet12 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of this Agreement.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (rollover) which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winings may be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet limits apply while using bonus funds — typically MYR 250 to MYR 500 per round or bet slip. Exceding the maximum bet limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–20%. The applicable rates for each game are published in the promotion's terms.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit). Bonuses and any associated winnings not claimed within the validity window will expire automatically.
• eclbet12 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotional abuse — including but not limited to systematic exploitation of bonus terms, use of multiple accounts, or collusion — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible User, household, IP address, or device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

All bets placed on the eclbet12 Platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general and specific rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only confirmed once the Platform has issued a confirmation reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or any other reason — are not valid. eclbet12 is not liable for any loss arising from unconfirmed bets.

9.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body or recognised sports data provider. For football markets, this includes Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, and all other leagues covered on the Platform. For UFC and combat sports events, the official result as declared by the sanctioning body applies.

9.3 Errors and Manifest Mistakes

In the event of a clear and obvious error in the display of odds, markets, scores, or any other content on the Platform, eclbet12 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the User became aware of the error at the time the bet was placed.

9.4 Maximum Winings

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per bet, and per day, as published in the relevant sport or game section. eclbet12 reserves the right to limit the amount any individual User may win from a single bet or within24-hour period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eclbet12 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or theft.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place or manage bets without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from known bugs must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy intended to exploit promotional terms in a way that violates the spirit of the promotion.
• Coluding with other players, employees of the Company, or third parties in a manner that distorts fair play or outcomes.
• Attempting to hack, penetrate, or otherwise compromise the security of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

eclbet12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects or determines that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method. Accounts terminated due to confirmed fraud or material breach may have all balances forfeited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eclbet12 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds or winnings due to technical errors, connectivity failures, or system outages not caused by eclbet12's gross negligence.
• Losses arising from a User's reliance on incorrect odds, scores, or information displayed due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Any loss incurred as a result of unauthorised access to a User's Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate password security.
• Consequential losses arising from the suspension or closure of an Account in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in this clause limits eclbet12's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

eclbet12 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform is designed exclusively for entertainment and is not a means of generating income. We strongly encourage all players to gamble within their means and to take regular breaks from gambling activity.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users and can be activated directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the maximum duration of any single betting session.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eclbet12 is incorporated. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.
